Reckless driver speeds through school zone

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a white car driving recklessly northbound on Division Street from Main Street in Elma, including speeding, unsafe passing, and going fast through a school zone. A license plate was provided but may not match the vehicle, and the vehicle may be a different make than first reported.
