Suspicious vehicle seen cutting tree behind house

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious white Dodge pickup near Evergreen Village Lane in Elma. The reporting party said someone was seen cutting down a tree behind their residence before the vehicle left heading west toward town.
