Person found unconscious near West Temperance Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical and fire units were dispatched to a location on West Temperance Street near West Main Street and West Grant Street for a report of an unconscious person, with CPR reportedly in progress and law enforcement requested to assist.
