Child with altered consciousness and cancer history at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical units were dispatched to a residence near Proctor Avenue in Elkland for a four-year-old girl with an altered level of consciousness and a reported history of cancer. Advanced life support and an ambulance responded to assist the child, who was later reported to be responding and breathing normally.
