Fragrance theft reported at Ulta store in Laguna area

Police respond to a reported theft at the Ulta store in the Laguna area. Store staff report that fragrances and other items were taken. A female suspect is still inside the store, appearing to act unaware, while at least one male suspect has left. The suspects were last seen walking around the corner of the building toward Bruceville. One suspect is described as a thin male with dreadlocks tied in a ponytail, wearing a green and brown camouflage hoodie with black pants and black shoes. Officers coordinate their approach and adjust incoming units while medical personnel are kept en route for an alert female at the scene.
