Grandmother reports out-of-control teen at Essex Center

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were requested at the Essex Center on Park Street to assist a grandmother with her out-of-control 14-year-old granddaughter, who reportedly ran off and returned and may have mental health issues; the teen’s mother is a patient at the facility.
