Armed person suicidal at Osborne Park with medical staging

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews and firefighters were sent to Osborne Park near Northeast Welch Road in Elgin for a report of a suicidal person who was armed. Police were already on scene and asked medical units to stage nearby at Welch and Keeney until it was safe to enter.
