Man with asthma has difficulty breathing at state park

As discussed during the dispatch call, a man around 60 years old experienced difficulty breathing near the water at site (number withheld) on Pintail Lane at El Dorado Lake State Park. He has a history of asthma and was using his inhaler. State park units are responding to the scene.
