34. It's going to be an 830 East 29th Street. RP advised that she has been hearing noise outside the house since about the night. It's gotten a lot worse in the last 10 or 15 minutes. She said that since she started talking on 911, it seems to have quieted down. But I'm sure what's going on outside of her house. I made contact with the RP.
