As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of apparent road rage and erratic driving on Route 1 near Edgecomb, where one vehicle allegedly cut off another and pulled into a nearby rest area. The reporting driver continued on and was no longer near the other vehicle when officers responded.
