Woman with head injury reported to stop breathing near North Road in Eden

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were dispatched near North Road in Eden for a 62-year-old woman who reportedly fell about 4 hours earlier and sustained a bleeding head injury (bleeding uncontrolled). She was initially conscious/alert, then was later reported to have lost consciousness and stopped breathing.
