Reckless semi with horse trailer nearly hits driver

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possibly reckless copper-colored semi truck pulling a horse trailer on the westbound interstate near Echo, Utah. The vehicle, described as having a Wyoming license plate, allegedly forced the reporting driver toward the shoulder. Deputies coordinated along the interstate and an off-ramp near Echo to try to locate and stop the semi and contact the reporting driver.
