Juveniles ring doorbell and flee on Whitemarsh Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported that three juveniles dressed in black rang a doorbell at a home near White Marsh Drive and then ran toward a nearby farm area. The incident was reported to have occurred about ten minutes earlier.
