Neighbor accused of harassment at Iron Street home

A caller reported that a neighbor was repeatedly harassing her near Iron Street by looking into her windows and standing in her driveway. She said this has happened before. The caller hung up before giving a description of the neighbor and later asked officers to contact her by phone instead of responding in person.
