Unresponsive man with facial bleeding receiving CPR at East Franklin

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible trauma involving an unresponsive man with facial bleeding in or near the roadway by a Salvation Army facility on East Franklin Street. Bystanders reportedly began CPR before responders arrived, and police were also sent to the scene.
