85-year-old man with dementia falls and experiences pain

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders are attending to an elderly male dementia patient who fell near Palmer Hill Road and is in significant pain. A separate fall involving a conscious and breathing elderly female at Doda Street apartment B is also reported.
