Controlled brush fire behind Chestnut Avenue home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were initially sent to reports of wires burning near Maple Avenue and Cherry Place, but the call was later corrected to a possible controlled yard fire behind a home near Chestnut Avenue, where an occupant was reportedly burning tree branches and there were no wires down.
