Suspicious person in car behind Hobby Lobby

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to Meadowlodge near Northwind Drive after a resident reported a suspicious person behind a nearby Hobby Lobby, possibly associated with a black Impala parked by the pine trees.
