Person bleeding flees vehicle and runs toward East Jordan woods

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible personal injury near West Bridge, where a bleeding person came out of the woods, entered a vehicle, then fled again on foot toward the woods near East Jordan. Multiple units responded and briefly had eyes on the person before he ran back into the wooded area.
