Traffic light issue at Eagle Rock and Ridgedale

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers checked a reported traffic light malfunction at the intersection of Eagle Rock Avenue and Ridgedale Avenue, where signals were reportedly stuck on red and traffic was backing up. The light appeared to be cycling normally again and the officer went back in service.
