Electric bike rider struck by vehicle on Freedom Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a motor vehicle collision involving an electric bike and a vehicle near Freedom Street and Dunnings Highway in Freedom Township. A man riding the bike was reportedly struck by the vehicle and was conscious but unable to move and screaming on the ground.
