Elderly man injured in fall, needs assistance

As discussed during the dispatch call, east Carbon Fire was dispatched to a residence near Cross Creek Trail Drive in East Carbon for a medical call involving an adult man who reportedly fell in the yard, struck his face, and was weak and bleeding. A lift assist was requested.
