Debris from blown tire on I-15 near Dutton

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of large pieces of blown‑out tire creating a possible traffic hazard on I‑15 northbound near mile marker 319, between Dutton and Conrad, close to a rest stop.
