Suspicious vehicle at Garden Apartments parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to an apartment complex on Garden Drive in Duncan for a report of a suspiciously parked black Cadillac near one of the buildings. A man and a woman were reportedly sitting in the vehicle and going through items inside it.
