As discussed during the dispatch call, a male without a shirt was found sleeping on a picnic table near Myers Avenue at Dunbar Intermediate School. He appears to have a medical port and is reported to be homeless and a dialysis patient. EMS was notified for a welfare check but has not responded yet.
