Driver transported for mental evaluation after roadside incident

As discussed during the dispatch call, a driver involved in a motorist-assist near the I-74 and Downs exit ramp was transported by Manteno Ambulance 71 to a hospital for a possible mental health evaluation. A tow truck was on scene loading the vehicle.
