Lost person in wheelchair reported on Richards Ave

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a lost person in a wheelchair near an auto body shop on Richards Avenue in Dover. The caller stayed with the individual while officers also checked a nearby apartment building where the person was believed to live and requested a picture for identification.
