00:00

Hey, do you have anybody in St.

00:01

Charles for a driving complaint?

00:03

24, where you at?

00:06

Vehicle was eastbound at the 230 mile marker, just went through Dover, a black SUV.

00:11

I did get a good plate return, Tom Robert Sam (number withheld), comes back to a Honda CRV out of St.

00:17

Charles.

00:18

Randomly braking, varying speeds, apparently hitting his brakes and almost completely stopping on the highway.

00:23

Say multiple times.

00:24

Copy.

00:26

CJ one on that, I see.

00:29

Go ahead.

00:30

That driving vehicle is going to be eastbound on 14, not 90.
