As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a report of a vehicle blocking one lane near North Fourth Street in Douglass. The situation was later reclassified as hazardous road conditions. EMS also handled a separate call in Whitewater for an elderly woman who sustained injuries from a fall.
