ATV crash injures two near Highway 221

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to an ATV accident near Twin Oaks Drive and Highway 221 in Doe Run, Missouri. Two adults were reportedly injured, sustaining head trauma and broken bones, and were transported to Parkland Hospital.
