Person with cuts after assault on Avenue A

As discussed during the dispatch call, police were dispatched to an apparent assault near Avenue A in Dodge City. A male suspect reportedly left the scene on foot heading south and may be driving an Audi A4. The victim appears to have lacerations on the back and hand.
