Man riding on car hood with bottle on I-77

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received multiple reports of a man riding on the hood of a moving vehicle on I-77 near Zephyr Road in the Dobson area, reportedly holding a bottle of alcohol. The vehicle was later said to have exited at Dobson, and the man was described as being on foot nearby wearing a flannel shirt and blue jeans. Deputies and highway patrol units checked the area, including a nearby Circle K and surrounding roads.
