Theft of clothing in progress at Dixon Walmart

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a reported theft in progress at a Walmart in Dixon. Store asset protection reported a young adult male wearing a pink sweater and multicolored pants who was reportedly stealing clothing inside the store.
