Five vehicle crash with multiple injuries in Discovery Bay

As discussed during the dispatch call, a lift assist was requested near Wayfarer Court. Fire and medical units responded, including Engine 88 and Engine 92. Multiple vehicles with heavy damage were reported on the right shoulder near Marsh Creek on Highway 4. Additional ambulances were dispatched. There was no entrapment or trauma confirmed.
