Search for white Cadillac after domestic incident

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a man involved in a possible domestic incident in Dillsboro leaving the area in a white Cadillac sedan headed east on US 50 toward Ohio. Units are also asked to check the area near West Harrison Avenue for reports of people yelling, possibly from a homeless camp and suspected theft activity.
