75-year-old woman injured after fall with head bleeding

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders assisted an elderly woman who fell and suffered serious bleeding and possible head injury at a location near Myrtle Hill Drive in Destrehan. She was reported conscious and breathing, and a landing zone for air transport was considered.
