Stolen propane tank found in blue Pontiac

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers followed up on a stolen property complaint and reportedly located the suspected stolen item, described as a propane tank, in the back of a blue 2006 Pontiac hatchback traveling in the Delbarton area near a highway.
