Welfare check requested on child in covered car seat, Delaware AR

00:00

Over nine, I just got a call with a female.

00:03

She's wanting somebody to check on a child that just left in a vehicle from the New Blaine General Store heading towards Paris.

00:13

It's a silver, little older model car.

00:18

She said it's dirty.

00:19

It possibly said Prism.

00:21

On the back, her license plate is (number withheld).

00:26

She advised that she thought it was suspicious, but the child in the back seat in the car seat had a comforter covering him up, just in his lap.
