Truck and trailer overturn on Silverado Trail

As discussed during the dispatch call, a truck and trailer carrying about 31,000 pounds of metal overturned on Silverado Trail near Deer Park. Traffic was still able to move around the scene, and a heavy-duty tow truck was requested.
