Utility work partially blocks roadway near Main Street in Deep River

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were advised of a partially blocked roadway near Main Street in Deep River while utility crews worked on power lines/restoring service. (A separate call in the traffic referenced suicidal threats and a reported BB gun, but it does not appear tied to the road blockage.)
