Woman screaming at traffic near railroad tracks

Of Hurst Road and North Chestnut Street in De Soto.

Had a call that there's a white female standing by the railroad tracks screaming at cars as they go by.

RP advised she's a white female, short blonde hair, and she's in a brown jacket.
