As discussed during the dispatch call, a resident at an apartment complex on Reserve Boulevard in Dayton reported that a man followed her into the building and was walking around inside. The caller described the man as wearing jeans and a green shirt and believed he might be intoxicated or under the influence. Deputies were dispatched to check the situation.
