Man with allergic reaction at Walmart parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were dispatched to a medical emergency involving an allergic reaction near a retail center close to Power Drive. A 28-year-old male was reported in the parking lot by a black vehicle. Fire and medical units responded to the scene.
