Male reported unconscious and not breathing at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, an expedited medic response was dispatched to Whitehorse Apartments near Elwell Ave for a report of a husband on the bathroom floor, unconscious and not breathing, described as cold to the touch; no CPR was in progress. Units later advised “Code Black” and canceled most incoming resources except local Darrington units.
