Male in twenties vomiting and unconscious near Darlington

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to a location near East River Street in Darlington for a male in his twenties who was sweating, vomiting, and later became unconscious but remained breathing. EMS units were en route to provide medical assistance.
