Driver damages bike racks and is stopped at back gate

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received reports of a white Jeep that drove through bike racks near South Pack and continued toward an exit gate before being stopped near the back gate. Law enforcement units responded to the area to investigate possible vandalism.
