Cat caught in trap during effort to catch stray dogs

As discussed during the dispatch call, animal control reports a cat accidentally caught in a dog trap on Old Peyton Road, and they are working with people at the location to prevent more cats from entering the traps while they try to capture stray dogs.

Hey, if you can reach out to that gentleman on Old Peyton Road where we're trying to trap some dogs, call him and let him know there's another cat stuck in the trap.
