Reckless driver reported near highway (number withheld) and highway 22

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies received a report of an erratic vehicle traveling eastbound on Highway 51 near the Highway 22 roundabout. The vehicle reportedly nearly caused a head-on crash, passed another vehicle on the shoulder, and was estimated to be traveling around 90 mph. The reporting party said they can provide a statement and camera footage, and a Wisconsin license plate was relayed over the radio.
