Debris and U-Haul crash on Interstate 94 westbound

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders reported possible large debris along Interstate 94 near mile marker 47 and a westbound U-Haul that apparently struck the median. Units, fire, rescue, and an ambulance responded, with vehicles moved to the shoulder to give EMS room to work.
