Rider on black quad flees traffic stop

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were advised that a person on a black quad reportedly fled from highway patrol officers near the intersection of First Street and a nearby railroad area in Cutler. The rider was described as a heavyset male and left the area before further details were obtained.
